It looks photoshopped to me too. Either that or it IS a racoon and it's jaw is missing. That isn't neccessarily a beak, that could just be the lower jaw. The lower jaw is pointed-ish and when you peel back all the meat it does look beakish. It wouldn't be a turtle or it's back would be exposed, since turtle's shells are attatched to their bodies and not just surrounding.

People try to get attention to get on the news, by the way. They photoshop pictures and submit it all the time. It's not an uncommon thing to do. The news isn't always right.

I think it looks like a cat, but the angles are bad and it is hard to tell.  The dentition could put it into the raccoon family if the incisors are enlarged.  This "beak" looks like it is really the skull.  The story mentions that the carcus may have been in out for 6 days.  this would cause bloating and decomposition, both of which obviously occurred. Since it is on the beach there is a possibility that the hair came off due to decomposition factors.  It really doesnt look that crazy abnormal to me, it just seems that there was a really slow news day.

Well People photo shop and put on the new alot or all the time duh darez. which means that news isint alway right  sometime they make mistakes too just like the weatherman.

some say its a dog or a racoon i highly doubt any of these

beacaue its got a beak!

some think its a turtle with no shell

more believable but still, look at its body structure its got the backend of a chicken, to top of the body looks like a human to me and the head just looks... really... undescribable

plus it cant be turtle because the spine is connected to the turtles shell and there is no evidence on the picture of the spine being ripped out.

personally i believe its all a hoax

why was there only one picture?

wouldnt more people of taken pictures of it instead of the person that had found it?

such as the people who had taken the DNA samples etc??
