What kind of animal rodent eats garlic?

Question

I live in illinois and we have the following possibly getting in our back yard: skunks, mice, rabbits, racoon, squirlles, birds and possibly cats and possum. Which one of these would eat a great deal of garlic out of my garden and actually eat it all except the roots?

Out of your list, the only one that makes sense is rabbit, probably an Italian one.  RScott
