What kind of annual flowers will deer not eat

i want to plant flowers, but i live in a place that deer love to eat them. please only list ANNUAL FLOWERS THAT DEER WON'T EAT.

  1. You know, if you have particular flowers that you like, you might try something the Green Gardenista suggested:  sprinkling dried milk on your plants.  It doesn't harm the plants at all, and deer absolutely *hate* the taste of milk after they have been weened.  So, it's not exactly a list of plants that deer won't eat, but rather a way to perhaps not have to limit yourself!  Just a thought!

Deer eat whatever is in their path, even deer resistant plants.  The best thing to do is put up temporary netting or fencing for a while and hopefully the deer will take a different route.  There are deer repellant products out there but in order for them to work you need to be good about reapplying them.  As far as annuals you might want to try marigolds.

  3. If you line your flowerbeds with rosemarry plants, dear won't walk through them and they won't eat them.
