  1. Any type of antifreeze/coolant (NAPA, MerCruiser, Autozone, Prestone, etc.) will work in your boat (Don't use "Dexcool" BTW. Just use the green stuff.). Just make sure it's mixed 50/50 and you'll be fine. You can actually buy 50/50 in gallon jugs at NAPA, or you can mix it yourself. Just make sure when you're filling the coolant tank on that engine that you pour a little bit in at a time to let it "burp," or make sure the air is out of all of the voids before filling it to the full line.

  2. Any type of coolant, mixed with water, 50/50. there are marine coolants that you may be able to get at your local marine store.

  3. Anything but DexCool. Anti-freeze is toxic but the degradation of regular anti-freeze is a lot faster than the "environmentally safe" kinds. Those are toxic too but it takes a wee bit more to kill you.

  4. ethyl-glycol anti-freeze, commonly used in automotive and marine applications, mixed at 50-50 will give you good protection from freezing and corrosion inside the engine.
