What kind of asian sauce goes with shrimp?

this is for my caulianary class and i need to make some type of sauce

    or the spicy red chilli stuff if you like heat.


  2. 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar

    4 teaspoons hoisin sauce

    1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger

    2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce

    Mix tingredients in small bowl . Pour into ramekin fpr dipping shrimp.

  4. Take real butter melt one stick add 2 tbl spoons unsalted soy sauce, ginger to taste,pepper,honey tbl spoon Cayenne pepper to taste,rosemary, heavy whipping cream whip until all blended take off stove and whip for about 5 min

  5. Mix the following ingredients in a bowl and use to either marinate Prawns/Shrimp before cooking or use as a dipping sauce once cooked:

    - 4 Table spoons Light Soy Sauce

    - 1/2 Table spoon Sweet Chilli Sauce

    - Juice of 1 or 2 Limes (2 if small)

    - Handful of roughly chopped Coriander/Cilantro Leaves including the stem (stem should be finely chopped)

    - 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
