What kind of audio input hub or auxillary rca cable could I use to hook up more speakers to my home subwoofer?

Yes i am able to add speakers to my sub-woofer, because i added 2 pilot speakers to the RCA inputs. But i just want to know what do i need to add extra inputs.

  1. You cannot hook up speakers to a subwoofer.

    Some subwoofers are passive and have an internal crossover, and the front speakers are hooked to the subwoofer, but these do not use RCA cables.  RCA cables are used for non-amplified signals, not for speaker connections.


  2. Easily. Simply get a 'Y' adapter and split the sub-woofer or LFE output from your receiver to both sub-woofer inputs. You can't hook more speakers up to a powered sub-woofer, you have to buy another sub-woofer.
