  1. The one I'm most familiar with is the International Wheelchair Aviators.  You can find their website at the link below.  The website has an "Additional Resources" section which links to a number of other resources, including a number of other organizations.  Best of luck.

  3. I know a few programmes exist where handicapped children are allowed to take to the skies in a light aircraft and discover flying. British Airways sponsors one of these schemes and all though not mandatory their staff are encouraged to donate a small amount of their wage to this type of scheme linked with the company.
