  1. ya thats not a great picture for identification.

    if thats mature it certainly isnt Bambusa vulgaris (giant timber), it gets 3 to 4 inches in diameter and 50 t0 60 feet tall

    It looks more like Bambusa ventricosa to me, hard to tell

    If it speads out quickly it may be a runner too, we just need more info

  3. It may be Bamboosa vulgaris. For confirmation more photographs and some more details are needed.  Bamboosa vulgaris is a yellow colour bamboo with green stripes on it, looks beautiful.
