  1. the transplants

  2. well, they USED to be a really good punk band, but now they're more pop punk, like sum 41, blink 182 and all that. another band lost to money.

  3. punk/ska/ska-punk check out sublime,pepper,311,or slightly stoopid

  4. Rancid is a flippin' sweet punk band!

    Bands that you might like:

    Catch 22

    Swingin' Utters

    Jon Cougar Concentration Camp

  5. Yes they are punk rock. And they are not just a 90's band, they're still playing and releasing today, though I think most would argue that their best albums were released during the 90's

    -self titled

    -"Let's Go" (awesome!)

-"Out Come The Wolves" (arguably their most classic album)

-"Life Won't Wait" (my personal favorite, and I think best written)

-2nd self titled (A return to their faster hardcore sound, still very cool)

I haven't really liked anything after that.

If you like them you'd probably like the Dropkick Murphys, Leatherface (not really newer but one of my favorites), Flogging Molly, Operation Ivy (Tim and Matt's band before Rancid),  Dillinger 4, The Casualties, Peter and the Test Tube Babies, etc. etc.

  6. Punk/Ska

  7. Ska

  8. There still good.  They have changed a bit, but not as but as most of the bands from that era.

If you want bands like them, just get things of Hellcat records.  They seem to like to sign bands that try to sound just like them ie:

    Left Alone

    Time Again

  9. Punk with a dash of third wave ska. Tim Armstrong and Matt Freeman were in the amazing band Operation Ivy, so that's where the ska comes from.
