What kind of berry is this?

I was wondering around and found a berry growing on tall trees in the forest they look and taste like black berries I only ate one because some can be posinous but i was wondering what kind of berry would this be and can i eat it I know black berries grow on bushes so it cant be black berries

It may be a mulberry tree!  They look like blackberrys but smaller

i have the same tree in my backyard.....

they r blackberries but i think they r a different kind of blackberry........
