  1. Which Orange County? There's one in North Carolina, California, Florida, New York and maybe a few other states.

Here's a biome map that will help: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=h...

  2. Mediterranean biome, chaparral or scrub oak assuming you mean "the" Orange County in California.

  3. Orange County has a Chaparral biome.  It has a Mediterranean Climate which is part of the Chaparral biome.

The Chaparral is a unique biome, being only found in southern California and western Australia. It is found in coastal regions which have little rain during the summer months. The dominant plants are trees with leathery leaves and are extremely resistant to drought and fire, which frequently occur during the summer. The typical animals include rabbits, chipmunks, wood rats, lizards, snakes, spiders, coyotes, and small birds.

Chaparral comes form the Spanish word chaparro, which means scrub oak.
