What kind of bird is the size of a cockatiel but looks like a parrot?

There are many parrots  that are roughly the size of cockatiels but with a much larger head.

Lets see.

- Sun Conure

- Quaker

- Miniture Cockatoo

- Cacique

- Love bird (not really parrot..)

- Conure (all types mostly)

- Lorikeets

- Kakariki

- Princess Parrot

I do know alot more but I can't seem to remember all of them.

It could be a number of things, the only thing that comes to my mind is a rainbow lorikeet tho
