What kind of boat is this?

It's a sailboat that looks sort of like a small Nordic tug with sails. I wish we could add pictures because I have one.

Could you be looking at a Nauticat?  this is a motor sailor, resembles a tug.  I really like them.  The first ones I recall were 33', also have some in the near 40' range.

It has one for sale.  There is also Nauticat in England, most newer ones are more strictly sail boats

Are you sure the mast isn't used for loading or unloading the dingy and not sails at all?
