Question:

What kind of body build (height, weight etc) do you have to be to do competitive rowing?

Going off to University in September and really want to do some kind of sport. Currently im 60kg (130lbs) and am 5'10" high. I was wondering whether my build would be suited for rowing, or if not what other sports i may be built for.

  1. I work in the medical Field and i do a lot of leaf ting with patients i would like to be stronger and cut.  I'm 24years old 145lbs and am 5'6" high. I was wondering if i need to eat more or what? Thanks.


  2. my dad used to do it and he always says you have to be very tall i.e atleast 6'2" but you can make up in height what you have with power you need strong arms and legs
