  1. Look at the arms of Laila Ali and Christy Martin... neither are muscle bound...

    Neither have love handles

and both are toned, but not butch...

Do a boxing workout, or go to a boxing gym and work with a trainer there... it will be one of the best things you ever did for yourself.

  2. What will it do to your face and head I wonder? Do you really want to box or do you want to have a beautiful healthy toned body and if so maybe there are  safer and more effective ways of obtaining this.

  3. a battered one

  4. Working the heavy bag develops your shoulders and back the most, in my experience. I wouldn't worry about getting muscle bound though, that's more a product of working with heavy weight training.

A boxing work out traditionally includes a lot of ab work. Coupled with the intense cardio training that is required (aka roadwork) you could definately shed the love handles if you stick with it. Good luck

  5. Boxers are one of the most fittest athletes.  But I think it will give you more defined muscles in your arms which might be more than the toned arms you want.

Are you talking about boxing classes at the gym?  If so, go for it but don't take it too seriously.

  6. she would have to american galitor style but mostly beat up

  7. Why I love boxing is if train to be a boxer you will look like a boxer.  I think ideally, if you train like an animal you end up with Lucia Rjiker's (one of a few female boxers I actually respect) body.
