What kind of bodyboard should I get?

I'm completely new at this. I would like to know whether smaller ones are easier, which brands are the best (yet cheap), what I need, like fins, etc.

A bodyboard and a boogie board are the same thing. YOu should get one that goes up to your hip bone about. Yours would probably be pretty short. I like Toobs or BZ boards. For fins you can get bluntcuts or vipers. To be completely honest you are not going to be able to be a decent board for too cheap. The cheapest BZ ive seen is thrirty bucks but it will be hard to find a bargain.
