First of all, that is a really cute dress! I would recommend either a strapless bra or one of those bras that you can change the straps and wear it as a halter. You can find either one of these at any store that sells bras.

i have a dress kinda like that from nordstroms. i wear a victorias secret very s**y push up with removable straps. there is a weird attachment that doesnt show and the straps come off and still support amazing [take my word i have big b***s] lol

multi-way bra so you can't see the straps. have it so it's halterneck

Strapless bra are fine with that dress. You can buy those at  target, walmart, victorias secret and such. Or I would just wear those little stickers to cover over the nipple part. It works well! I've tried it before.
