I know this sounds a lil strange since most questions would probably be about how to reduce their energy but i find myself feeling extremely tired and lame during the morning and i'd like to do something about it, especially because i jog for 60 minutes on the treadmill (part of diet) and after doing that i always feel like just going to sleep, caffeine doesn't work on me and i'd like a combination something that lasts and can be easily and quickly made...thank you in advance
