What kind of breed is my little boy Pongo? (picture included)?

We adopted Pongo just 2 days ago at our shelter. He is very tiny, he is 2 months old straight fur, black and white, sooo adorable!

our shelter just said a poodle mix, i am a local member at the SPCA and they know i have poodles so they notified me right when they got him. What do you think he is?

He's very cute, but it's hard to tell from that photo.  I can't really see the fur, the shape of the body, the tail, the structure, or anything else that would be best to ID a breed.  

He may be a shihtzu or lhasa mix of somesort, judging only on the fur on his face and his colouring.

Added:  There is no such thing as a teacup.  It's an aribtrary term used only by puppy mills and undereducated people.  He's not "teacup".

that'ss a tough one... once he's a little more full grown it'd be easier to tell, but don't stress about it cuz he's cute enough to make up for not knowing what breed he is. his hair reminds me of the silky terriers, and his face resembles a La's apsos

wow he is cute whatever he is!  to me he looks more like a maltese or a small terrier maybe mixed with poodle, but its hard to tell!

check out this site! it is a little excessive for most mixed breed dog owners, but I would be interested in finding out exactly what breeds my mix was!
