What kind of bug is this!!!!!?

Question

my cousin found it and its really weird.... it has claws, and it has weird eyes...its only the skin of it..but we just wanted to know.... its not a good picture but its all my crappy camera could take...

I can&#039;t see the picture but am guessing it&#039;s a cicada shell. They buzz loudly but won&#039;t hurt you.

emily i look at this bug in it looks like a june bug shell
