I asked a question.. "Who Finished the Breaking Dawn book?" Because I was curious. And Yahoo deleted it! Said My violation was "CHATTING". When I was merely just curious. Is this a load of bull?

  1. It makes perfect sense. You were chatting, as a half minute would have revealed the question has been asked far to many times. One glance at the first page of the section would have showed you a minimum of a half dozen questions referencing twilight, so what point is a question asking if anyone read it?

Now how about sticking one of the short list of twilight words in your question so you can stop wasting everyone's time gushing about the book.

  2. i hope MY answer does not get deleted. yeah, i have the same problem, they (y/a) want to funnel the "chatting" away from their supposed only question & answer format. the ones doing the censoring seem to be doing so randomly, it takes away the creativeness of what this popular site could become! let y/a grow into it's own creature!-blurey

  3. Still, even if you did have it connected to the book with the ""Who finished Breaking Dawn and agrees that it is a (insert adjective here) book? Why or why not?"(What the joker said) you could still have your question deleted....because you should have used the search bar, that quesions been asked many many times before!!!

Edit: Why so serious?,Thanx, you forgeting the rules made me feel smart for a min. :P

  4. ...That is chatting. The question is not about a book; it's about readers of a book. If you would have said, "Who finished Breaking Dawn and agrees that it is a (insert adjective here) book? Why or why not?", it wouldn't have been chatting, because it ties into the book. The question you asked-- "WHO finished the Breaking Dawn book?" (emphasis on "who")-- is a chat because it's directed towards a person.

  5. Its not a load of bull! That is chatting!

Plus the same question has been asked many times before!!!! If you used the search bar you would see, many people HAVE finshed the book, many have not. If you want to chat about it, go to a fansite! Please!

  6. lol, that's a little bit funny. But lots of people have already finished reading it... and lots haven't, somehow. I don't think that is Chatting though, you seem to be just curious....

  7. Do you want to know where to find people to talk to Breaking Dawn with?

    Here: http://stepheniemeyer.com/ts_fansites.ht...

    Here: http://www.twilightlexiconblog.com/

    Here: http://www.amazon.com/tag/breaking%20daw...

    Here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/twilight_c...

    Here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TwilightBi...

That's five places. Technically more, since the first link gives you a few good fansites. So let's say nine.

This isn't any kind of bull. Your curiousity was chatting. That kind of question, and the answers you know you were hoping for, belongs in a fansite. You could easily find them by googling, or searching on here for questions about Twilight fansites.

You may have "just wanted to know" but like others have said, this question wasn't about a book, it was about its readers. Qualifies as chatting, and rightly so. Sorry. But hopefully those links will make you feel better.

  8. Well that was chatting.
