  2. A great evergreen shrub: Indian Hawthorn has beautiful blooms and dark green leaves. My favorite is called Pink Lady

  3. Sounds like a holly.

    Burford holly have red berry's, they are normally grow in a hedge.

    American holly is a pyramidal shaped holly with a lot of red berrys, they are used a lot in Christmas decorations,

    Yaupon holly is a dense, small leafed holly that can be grown into a tree, or used in a hedge, It has a lot of berry's.

  4. Some taxus (yew) bushes produce red berries.

    Some cotoneasters have red berries. Some Hollies.

    Most flowering bushes (the kind of flowers that you'd NOTICE) are on deciduous bushes, unless you live where winter is very very mild.
