  1. A vendors license. Even though your business is online you still have to pay your taxes. Get it from your county clerk of courts. If you are operating out of your home in a city that charges city tax...technically you have to pay that as well. Look at the link below. This is what I had to do in Ohio. Your state will be similar. Vendors license and below it explains the taxation system.
