What kind of butterfly will this be?

I live in michigan. I found a very large caterpillar crawling down my tree. it is Yello and fuzzy with 6 longer tufts of black fuzz. what kind of butterfly will this be and what can I feed it to keep it alive so my kids and I can watch the change?
