What kind of cabbage patch doll is this?

I got a little one from the flea market, and it is not one of the newborn ones- it has a full set of yarn hair and is bigger than the premies and smaller than the 'kids. What is it called because I need to find cloths for her.

It sounds like a doll I have.  Does she have a little hole in her mouth?  They had a whole line of Birthday Cabbage Patch dolls and would come with a little kazoo, that a doll could blow.  You would put the kazoo in her mouth and push on her belly.  The rest of her accessories was a birthday hat and adoption papers.

Go to the baby section in a store to find clothes for her.  If you have a local dollar or discount store, look there.  If you think the doll is a different model, then look up old issues of Doll Reader, try 1990 made by Hasbro.

A very simple way to find out- is lift her yarn hair and imprinted  on the back of head  in the plastic  it will say. ( Mine has First Edition)
