What kind of camcorder would you recommend I buy?

I want to basically be able to edit mini movies on my computer and make home made movies.

I definitely want a digital one.

What brand do you think I should get and where?

  1. Look for an entry level MiniDV camcorder from Sony, Canon, JVC or Panasonic.


  2. I have a Sony which records on a mini dvd. I love it. I can record and then take it to friends houses and play it on their dvd player and show them what I did
