What kind of camera should I get for my birthday?

I have a 4.0...thing, it's not even that good, pictures always come out blurry or something, and I want a camera that takes good pictures, video with sound...and, yeah. Links would help.

And below $200 if possible

I would recommend the Canon PowerShot 1100IS.

It has very good reviews and has had a recent price drop from 205 to 185.

I would highly recommend a Sony Cyber Shot. They have great picture & video quality. Here are some:

They're a little pricier than $200, but they are definitely worth it.
