What kind of car could you build? without gas!?

actually the car i want to build is already present in our country. Since we have an oil crisis worldwide, an inventor invented a car that is powered by cooking oil, you heard it right by cooking oil. another inventor already invented a car powered by water since water is abundant in our country.

I want a VW Rabbit Diesel. No gas there.

But if you're talking without using crude oil as it's main source of energy, then something small like a VW Rabbit or a Ford EXP that was electric.
