  2. any cat

just be nice to it & it will be nice to you

    i would get a male cat...theyre more playful! :)

  3. you should to the cat breed selector

    http://animal.discovery.com/breedselecto...

  4. Any kind, but in my opinion, long hair cats are the most loveable

also red tabby cats are the cutest in my opinion :)

  5. One breed of cat is not more loving than another. How loving a cat is depends on how you nurture the cat through out its life. The more you play, brush, spend time and in general give the cat attention and affection the more loving it will be back to you.

Its a relationship, you give to the cat, the cat gives back to you.

  6. Get a ragdoll cat.  They're sooooooo sweet!!  Here's a link for more info

  7. ragdoll, maine coon, a black or grey cat - seriously, never met a cat of either color that wasn't a TOTAL lover!, umm  I think that is all of my suggestions for now!

  8. Nuetered tom cat of any breed seems to be more human focused and loving than the queens.  In particular, I have found the Maine Coons, even the half-breeds to be most affectionate.

  9. lol it somewhat matters

but it mainly depends on how you raise them from kittens

    i have a persian

    its very loving :D

but it was raised loving :D

  10. All cats are loving if  you love them back. Having said that I will tell you what my vet told me. That if you get a rescue cat they are the most

loyal and loving because they know how bad it is on the outside and appreciate a really good home. The cats that I have rescued over the years have always been very affectionate. However as I say you want a affectionate and loving cat you have to a/ pay attention to them b/

talk to them a lot..if you don't they will not 'talk' back and give the

cuddles and pets when they want your attention. They are like babies. they thrive on your affection. Good luck!

  11. AAWWW another cat lover! i love cats. I sugest you get one from a shelter. the breed doesnt matter but i have 3 short hairs. they are easier to groom. i also sugest to get an adult male cat because if you get a kitten, you will have to toilet train it and you will have to be home ALOT! i said to get a male because i think they are sweeter than females, who tend to be kind of prissy. ANd trust your gut feeling if the cat looks evil, you can either walk away, or try to get to no it, because he/she is prolly just freaked from being in a shelter. etc, etc. hope i helped!

  12. You can ask a shelter and see if they have a cat that loves to just be picked up and held.   Neutered males in general seem to be more friendly than females.  Females have that sassy streak.  They can be friendly too, but they can have that attitude.

  13. Cats are independent......I've had many cats and dogs in my years and they have their own personality.  Cats want attention when THEY want it so you'll just have to be patient.

  14. i have two cats, i have had them for five years they are raggdols. raggdols are nown to be the most gentle and frindly kind of cat.

  15. get a sphynx (the hairless cat). they are really cute. apparently they are suppoused to be very affectionate and want a lot of attention.

  16. You can't really predetermine that with a kitten or breed. But what you could do is go to a shelter and get an already full grown cat who matches that description. By adopting you are saving a life, and by getting one that is already an adult their personality is already formed so you know what he/she is going to be like. That is my recommendation.

  17. any cat that you get from a shelter, you will be saving a life

  18. Go to your local Humane Society and look at the 1 year old or 2 year old cats with their personalities already starting to set in. The people in the shelter can direct you to the cat you are looking for and you can be an angel for one of these souls!

They come with all their shots and already neutered/spayed so all you have to add is love ;-))

  19. A Maine Coon. Mine follows me around like a dog, and will let me carry him around all day. I'll very often wake up to find him sleeping next to or on top of me. :)

  20. i think you should get a kitten first because you can teach them how to be friendly and caring

  21. Go to a shelter.  Many of their animals will have some stuff about their personalities and stuff written on their cards; that helps people figure out which individual animal would be best for them.

  22. go to your local animal shelter. You will have a number of choices and there will most likely find a lot of loving cats and kittens.Look at it this way: 1) you'll find the loving cat that you want and 2) you'll be saving a kitty's life. ! :) hope you find a loving cat! Good luck! :)

  23. anything can be loving if you teach it not to be mean and bite and stuff

  24. tabby cats are so nice and have amazing striped patterns calicoes are nice to

  25. any kind but please get one from a pound or shelter not petsmart or another pet store the ones in the shelter will be put to sleep if no one buys or adopts them

  26. In my experience of owning many different cats for years (Persians, Siamese, mutts, etc)  Persians have always had the sweetest personalities, but they're also the most work as far as having to take care of them.  They're also expensive from a good breeder.

That said, any cat will love you and be sweet if you baby it and spend plenty of time with it from the time it's a kitten.  If you don't want the work/ can't afford a pure breed, visit the local shelter or look in your paper and find a cat you click with.  There are tons of cats that need homes, many of them free.

Just take good care of it and I promise it will love you!

  27. I had a grey tabby and he was the sweetest cutest cat ever! A grey tabby named Cuddles or a orange tabby named Garfield or Sammy. Lol that's what i would do.

  28. a kitten. a small kitten.

    better yet a DOG.

    they're better.

  29. any kind of cat will love you, but you have to understand that cats are independent and like their space sometimes. i suggest you get one from the shelter because so many animals get put down because of overcrowding!

  30. get it young and treat it with lots of love and petting and it doesn't matter what breed just treat it good

  31. A cat from a shelter will love you forever!
