  1. Garlic mozzarella with herbs and spices

  2. I'll give you a list of cheeses

    cheddar

    mozzerella

    parmesan

    feta

    adem

    gouda

    ricotta

    monterey jack

    pepper jack

    cottage

  3. Pepper Jack Cheese

  4. Its called "Pepper Jack Cheese"

  5. Some people call this jalapeno cheese, or pepperjack cheese.  They're not quite the same thing, but very similar.  A tad bit spicy or bitey with green and red chunks in it.  It does seem to melt a bit faster.  You're right; it's very good to perk up hot chicken or turkey sandwiches!

  6. I believe it's sliced processed cheese with garlic.

There's also an onion flavored variety, and then there's one containing parsley and dill.

Frankly, the one with garlic is very rare. Most of what I usually get in supermarkets is onion or parsley and dill.

Flavored and very good for sandwiches. Makes a great cheese and ham sandwich. Add in a few tomatoes slices too!

  7. I've never seen an herbed mozzarella, but that would make sense.

However, havarti has a rich, buttery taste that might be considered garlicky - and there is a dill havarti.  Take a look at that and see what you think.  It's my very favorite on a turkey sandwich!
