What kind of classes and training do you need to become a psychologist?

How long does it take? What schools are recommended?

Go to apa.org   - all the info you need to answer your question.  You need a bachelor's degree, then a minimum of a master's (that's 2-3 years of graduate school).  You also need to be licensed (exam).  The apa.org site lists accredited graduate programs in psychology.  (college psych prof)

You need to psychology and sociology classes.  To practice psychology I believe you have to have at least a Master's degree.  You also must be certified in most states.
