  1. biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, physics, calculus, anatomy & physiology, pharmacology, maybe kinesiology.  Many of those have labs, which are three extra hours a week.  There are also general education classes.

  2. Most med schools require something along the lines of

    - 1 year of biology with lab

    - 1 year of inorganic chemistry with lab

    - 1 year of organic chemistry with lab

    - 1 year of physics with lab (algebra or calculus-based)

Some places strongly recommend a semester of biochemistry.

It's also a very good idea to take a few semesters of English, to strengthen your writing/speaking skills (and to help with the verbal section of the MCAT).

Personally, I'd also encourage you to take additional humanities/social science courses if you can - college is your time to explore other disciplines besides hard sciences, and it's nice to break up the monotony of pre-med requirements.  Gives you something interesting to talk about, as well.

  3. Alot of biology, chemistry, and math classes.
