Guatemalan coffee,    nice and smooth and not much of the sour  after taste that one experiences from lower quality coffee

Costa Rica, Tarrazu. Costa Rican is considered by the coffee experts as "the coffee perfect."

It is a sweet, full flavored cup when the roast is 'on spot.'

And I prefer to drink ONLY my own home roasted as I then know I am not buying and old outdated over roasted bean.

If you have never had really fresh home roasted coffee, you haven't had Coffee.

I like all types of coffee. Mostly Carmel Machiatos! Mmmmm. However, when I drink a regular coffee I have to have cream and sugar. I know I'm very much a wuss. But I can't drink it any other way.
