  1. sure,  this depend on your major of interest and your extracurricular activities.

so if you are going into your senior year, beef up your

    activities

    do extra work

    volunteer work

find ways to gain experience in the fields you are interested in.

    SAT scores

    letters of recommendation

and work on your entry essay! read, proofread, read

what is your area of interest?

  2. GPA is just one factor of getting into college. Colleges also look at standardized test scores (ACT, SAT), activities, essays, etc. If those things are great than it can balance out a less than great GPA. However, if you want to get into a "really good" college, as in a top 50 school, a 3.2 GPA probably won't cut it. Most of the people applying to really great schools have excellent GPAs and other credentials. If your goal is to graduate from an excellent school, go to community college or a 4-year university that you get into, get really great grades and try and transfer. Good Luck!
