And what sort of jobs are open towards learning about different cultures?

I just love culture and would love to do something towards it in college, but not sure what kind of oppurtinitys you have in something like that?

There are lots of options: foreign languages, anthropology, international studies or area studies (where you focus on one particular area of the world), even religion.  Whatever field you choose, be sure to participate in a study abroad program so that you can experience another culture first-hand.  

As for job opportunities, they are endless.  With a study abroad experience you'll be valuable to many employers, from human resources at multinational corporations to non-profit organizations who work globally.  Another idea is to pursue an internship program overseas after you graduate, or even during your studies, so that you can gain some valuable work experience in a cross-cultural setting.
