What kind of corp.?

Question

I'm looking to start a corp. and start a company (authorized dealer and sales) and continue to branch out adding other companies (a day care center and eventually real estate investing). Which corp. would be best for me?

Well people are born and people die, so the best investment in the world would be hospitals and morgues, but in this case economic is at a hard point and real estate is at one of the cheapest point right now, but you will have to set on the real estate for a minute until the economics gets stronger.  

Concerning day cares, more and more households today have both parents working, so a daycare that could handle everyone needs would do good.  Yet, in order to succeed you will have to have a ideal projection and business plan that can forsee your future return from your investment.  Make sure you use realistic numbers.

If you are a US Resident/Citizen, an S-Corp in your state of residence would be best.
