What kind of costume?

I want to make my own costume because Im tired of seeing people with the same costume as me. But, I need some ideas! I have a pleated black mini skirt, fishnet stockings, and some boots (or heels). What else can I add to my costume and what could I be?? I thought about maybe a cat.....but I dont know. Any ideas??

This costume is awesome!  The example shown with the big hair is good too.  Either this or simply get a black cape to wear with what you have and just buy the fangs in some blood.

be a goth person. i was last year for Halloween. Just get some big clunky black jewelry with tons of skulls. make your hair big and use that colored hair spray stuff it comes in all colors pretty much in every store during Halloween. But get like purple or green or anything unnatural.

A plaid tank-top with red in it, and add safety pins to your skirt.  A leather jacket (if you have one).  You would be a 1970's punk rocker.  Especially with the boots, if they're heavy boots.
