What kind of cover-up is best?

I have oily-ish skin.. I have used Loreal mineral makeup.. but it is too oragey..

you don't want to use something that is cakey or thick because of your "oily-ish" this won't help it and will just make things worse.

the mineral makeup is a good start but try a different shade or a different brand if it's too "orangey"

what i do is get a mineral powder in a shade that is one step LIGHTER than my skin tone and i get a powdered bronzer to add natural and glowing color to my skin.

i use Iredale Mineral Make-up because it prevents acne and cures it while its on your face. It's pretty expensive though, so i would try Maybeline. Longs Drugs or Target has their products in the Make-up sections. Alot of the time it will say what skin tone the cover-up is on the bottom. Try to get the closest to your skin. Good luck :)

If you have oily skin- don't use mac, it will really clog your pores. I use mac but I have normal skin. Try using bare minerals, it's a powder and it won't clog pores! You get even coverage alll day not to mention it makes you look like your airbrushed!

I have oily skin and I use Cover Girl TruBlend. I like it a lot and it's fairly in-expensive. I don't think it's orange-y at all. I have really fair skin and it's difficult for me to find something pale enough in a cool-shade that blends with my skin tone.

One bottle of TruBlend is about $9.

Hey!

   I have a liquid cover up. I really like it because it cover ups really well. It also hides all the red around it. Go INTO the makeup store called Ulta and they have a huge row of cover up. Try different colors on in the mirror... before you decide, rub them in while your testing them out.
