i don't c how u owe on a property if u owe nothing on it, there seems 2 b a red flag somewhere..... it just don't make sense, & 2 me it sounds like fraud. if it seems like fraud, it IS fraud if U owe on something u don't owe nothing on....... i'd get me a lawyer.
