MP is a large state, the southwestern portion of Indore , Ujjain have a slight maharashtrian influence, so some you have snacks like poha, Indoori garlic pickle, Ratlami sev ( Ratlam is between Rajastan and MP , so I don't know if it counts) Youghurt gravy (Kadhi) not much of meat, but things like kachori, and sweets like rabri, and milk cake (which is like mava block)

    But, its not her fault!

    Roganjosh is kashmiri, daal baati/ baafle are moreor less Rajasthani. And dusshehri mangos are not a cuisine. I doubt Bhopal should be allowed to call korma or kebabs their local cuisine, instead of Lucknow.
