I dont dance much. I have always been one of those people who might dance once in a while in their own room. I havent tried any kind of dance forms yet but somehow I feel that want to dance and I want to learn it. Its just that whenever I see some kind of dance movie or just regular dance show I feel so happy and energized. I just wish that I were one of these people dancing and enjoying every moment of it. Do you think dance is a good stress buster? I just dont know where to start. Please help! Thanks.
