  1. It depends what level of therapist you want to be. In programs that I supervise entry level therapist are typically college students working towards degrees. Senior therapists or program supervisors typically hav a bachelors degree in special education or psychology with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis. If you want to get to the highest levels you need at least a Master's degree in a program that is set up for you to get your board certification as a behavior analyst. You can get a version of this also with a bachelors degree and approved course work also.
