I'm at a pretty healthy weight for a guy, 142 lbs on a 5'7 frame, but am still a tad flabby. On average, I run 5 miles a day and do light weights with the occasional yoga. With that in mind, what kind of diet (pescetarian) should I be on, not necessarily to get bigger but just to firm things up a little more.

  1. running and cardio is good for muscle tone. Eat a lot of high protein, low fat foods, and high carb foods about two hours before you work out. Most of all though, use more repetitions with less weight when working out. It builds more endurance and tone. while lifting heavier weights with less reps builds more muscle (makes u bigger).

  2. Cardio and strength training works every time.  And running is a great exercise for your whole body.

  3. Lift more weights, it will firm u up but don't lift them to the point where you become really big if thats not what you want...
