What kind of digital camera should i get if i want one thing color and the rest black and white?

Any camon P&S SD series or the advaned cameras, including the cheapest one SD750.

It is made by '' color accent '' feature.

The canon powershot s3IS has facilities for this, the feature which you're referring to is " color accent ", it's a rare feature

but seem mainly on canon cameras. I have/had a canon powershot s3IS, it's around 300$, it can do alot, and you get alot more features than just color accent, you also get alot of manual modes, etc.
