What kind of digital cameras are good for windows vista that are under $150.00??

i got a camera yesterday and when i tried to download my pix the camera wasnt working im thinking its becuz i have windows vista. i need a camera today and it has to be less than 150.00. or you can just give me the brand of the camera and i will go from there!

Any camera made after windows Vista was released is going to be fine. Canon and Nikon are always the best... I personally like Canon.
