I'm a bit fed up with USA news reports blandly reporting that Georgia is a "democracy". h**l, the USA was a "democracy in 1930, yet segregation and discrimination against blacks was both widespread and legal, to give an example. I haven't seen a report yet outlining just WHY the rebellious provinces/regions of Georgia are rebellious. Any links with the facts?
