The Kind of doctor that you go see at a hospital and they tell you what they have/prescribe medication. The ones who are also able to do minor surgery like removing a cyst? Thanks

It somewhat of an ambiguous question, but simple procedures as you describe (assuming it's a cyst that is easily accessible) can be done by primary care doctors/GPs.

depends on the localization of the cyst-may be a surgeon ,or a gynecologist,or dermatologist,or plastic sergeant,or eye doctor....al kind of doctors
