What kind of doctor treats headaches? ?

I suffer from chronic headaches, they get pretty intense. What kind of doctor should I go to for treatment?

A neurologist or neurosurgeon.  Chronic headaches may be a symptom of a condition called hydrocephalus (water on the brain).  Check out http://www.hydroassoc.org for information on that condition

a neurologist would be a good start...then there is also an endocrinologist, depending on the cause of the headaches.

you can go to your regular doctor for your chronic headaches, i did for my migranes and they gave me imatrex stat dose shots that you give yourself at home. hope that I was of some help to you.
