What kind of draw style is this??

Ok I know this is from WoW lol, but I could find any other pictures with this kind of "style". What type of drawing style would this be called? I really want to learn how to draw like this (but, agian, I don't want to draw WoW stuff lol).

Art-wise, it's called illustration.

You normally start with paper drawing then you scan it. Then you can use Photoshop to color or embellish it.

If you can afford Drawing Tablet then you can bypass the paper part.

It is a subfield of computer graphics and animation.
