  1. Here is a list of things I feed my hamster

FRUITS: apple, plum, nectarine, peach, grape, banana, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, ect.

VEGGIES: celery, carrot, lettuce, cooked potato, peas, green beans, tomato, corn, pepper, cucumber, ect. (NO ONION!!)

OTHER: yogurt, cooked white rice, some unsalted scrambled egg.

MEATS (yes meat is okay for hamsters. only a little pinch though. It gives them the protien they don't gett from their seeds.) chicken and fish fillets.

    BUGS: canker worms. (Also Protien.)

SEEDS: grain, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, unsalted peanuts, ect. (Just look for hamster mix.)

Amd for a special treat you can give them Flower petals, grass, and dandilion leaves. Hope this helped!

  2. Well if you can't get hamster food you can try these:

    Acorns

    Bread

    Cheese

    Crackers

    Dandelions

    Dog biscuits

    Fish(steamed)

Ground beef (rinsed with water so all grease is gone)

    Hay

    Kale

    Marigold flower

    Oatmeal

    Pretzels

    Seed sticks

    Stale Bread

    Uncooked hot cereals

    Uncooked Noodles

    Uncooked Rice

    UNsweetened cereals

    Yogurt

You can also feed them bird seed if you can't get hamster food. For a list of fruits and veggies you cna go to the source site.  If it is a campbells than i would try and stay away from yogurt and fruits as yogurt and fruits have sugar in them and Campbells are prone to Diabetes.

    Hope this helps!

    Good Luck!!

  3. Dried fruit and seeds (raw unflavored pumpkin or sunflower). You can feed them fresh fruit too.My hamster loves strawberries, bananas and baby carotts. You can try other veggies. Don't give it romaine, it gives them diarhhea.Or just go to the store and buy more. PLAIN Cheerios are good too, I give them to my dwarf hamster. I wouldn't suggest any other cereal though because I don't know if they're safe. Bird seed too.

  4. well you can feed your hamster sunflower seeds, other seeds and dried fruit, but other non dried foods you can feed him are fruit and vegetables like brocolli, carrot, strawberry, grape, etc.

  5. - Acorns

    - Almonds (shelled)

    - Biscuits

    - Brazil Nuts (shelled)

    - Bread

    - Cashew Nuts

    - Cereals

    - Cheese

    - Chicken (cooked)

    - Eggs (boiled or scrambled)

    - Fish (cooked)

    - Hazelnuts (shelled)

    - Meat (cooked)

    - Peanuts

    - Potatoes (boiled)

    - Prunes

    - Raisins

    - Sultanas

    - Walnuts (shelled)

    Never feed your hamster:

    - Buttercups

    - Chocolate

    - Garlic

    - Onions

    - Rabbit Mix (containing antibiotic ingredients)

    - Raw kidney beans

    - Sweets

    - Toffees

They should be fed once a day with fresh proprietary pellet hamster food, you can supplement this with seeds, grains, fruit and green vegetables but be careful not to feed more of one type of food.

REMEMBER: It's very trial and error, each hamster will have different tastes they do not all like the same things to eat, but you may find that some of these 'temporary' solutions may be ones that become regulars .
